Kevin graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2023. Prior to this, he completed his Kinesiology degree at the University of Regina in 2020 and worked as an exercise therapist and certified personal trainer. Kevin has a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, particularly working with athletes as he has prior experience working with U of S Huskie Football. Kevin currently oversees physiotherapy at Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. Kevin has a passion for working with clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and helping them return to doing what they love. In his spare time, Kevin loves to play hockey, snowboard, golf, and spend time out his family’s farm.

Autumn Palmer was born and raised in Regina and has always had a passion for sports, activity, and living an active lifestyle. After graduating in 2021, she continued her education and, in January 2024, shifted her focus to massage therapy. She graduated in July 2025 and is excited to begin her career as a massage therapist.

Autumn is dedicated to helping athletes with rehabilitation, maintaining strength, and supporting recovery both before and after surgeries. With a strong interest in working with sports teams and athletes, her long-term goal is to contribute to the larger sports world as a trusted professional and teammate.

She is thrilled to be part of Stapleford Health & Rehab Centre, where she has been welcomed by a supportive and friendly community. Autumn looks forward to growing her career and using her skills to help clients reach their full potential.
