Kiley was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Following graduation from high school she attended Montana State University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Upon graduation, Kiley became certified as an Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. The lure of the mountains and sports that were readily available fit well with her athletic pursuits kept her in Montana for 7 years before returning to Saskatchewan. A mother of 2 beautiful girls, owner of Stapleford Health and Rehab Clinic, athletic dabbler who has with a life long passion of helping others find their “best self”. Her experience spans over 30 years of dedication to a wide range of clients of all ages from professional athletes to those struggling with orthopaedic injuries. Kiley is committed to maintaining current with the needs of her clients by ever evolving personally and professionally by continuing to learn as she “grows up”.

Addison obtained her Kinesiology degree from the University of Regina in 2016 and majoring in Human Kinetics. Her passion for helping people through health and wellness runs in the family, as she followed her mom’s footsteps in becoming an Exercise Therapist and obtaining her Certification as a Certified Exercise Physiologist from CSEP. Now they work alongside each other at the clinic. Prior to working at Stapleford as an exercise therapist, Addison worked at the front desk and has had experience working in other fitness facilities as a personal training, group training instructor, and coaching.
Some of her recent certifications are High Performance Specialization through CSEP, Stick Mobility Coaching certificate and The Ready State/Mobility WOD coaching certificate. Addison also runs the social media and is in charge of the marketing for Stapleford Health and Rehab Centre. When not working, Addison loves to play sports such as soccer, team handball, and pickle ball.
